After reading "What's Wrong with a Snake That Just Wants to Cultivate Transformation", the plot feels lackluster. I'm not a fan of how amnesia is used as part of the plot and feels like it makes the plot forced in a direction when it could have been written better. I thought I would like the trope and premise but after reading 20+ chapters in, I realize I got my hopes up. I will try to still finish it though.
Honestly, I can see how this is controversial. It was a nice read until all the toxic and red flags. I know I like toxic but not these. There is a old version and new version of the later chapters. I recommend reading both as it's confusing without doing so.
